Where do we deliver?
Throughout Morocco. For a remote or hard-to-reach address, we contact you to arrange delivery.
Delivery times
Allow 2 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed, depending on the city [TO CONFIRM WITH THE COURIER]. Large cities are usually served faster.
The card is written and the box prepared by hand: for a specific date (birthday, celebration), order a few days ahead and mention it in the notes.
Fees
40 MAD per order, free from 1000 MAD [TO CONFIRM]. The exact amount is shown in the summary before you confirm.
Paying on delivery
With cash on delivery, you pay the courier in cash. If possible, have the exact amount ready. We call you or message you on WhatsApp before shipping to confirm the order and the address.
Tracking and receipt
The courier contacts you before coming. Check the parcel in front of them; if it is damaged, state reservations and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If you are repeatedly absent or refuse the parcel without reason, the order may be cancelled.
