Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on the Entre Dunes website by a consumer. By confirming an order, the customer declares having read and accepted them.
1. Seller
The site is published by [NOM DE LA SOCIÉTÉ], [FORME JURIDIQUE] with a share capital of [CAPITAL SOCIAL], registered in the trade register under no. [RC], ICE [ICE], tax ID [IDENTIFIANT FISCAL], with its registered office at [ADRESSE], [CODE POSTAL] Dakhla, Maroc.

2. Products
Entre Dunes offers scented gift boxes (L’Escale and La Traversée), whose contents are described for each box. Photos are as faithful as possible; slight variations in colour or presentation may occur, especially with natural materials (sand, oud wood, incense).
Scented products are for external or ambient use. Keep them out of the reach of children and follow the precautions on the packaging.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included [TO CONFIRM: applicable VAT]. Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed.
Entre Dunes may change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Orders
The customer chooses the boxes, enters their details, the delivery address, the card message and, for La Traversée, the name and date to write, then chooses a payment method and confirms.
For cash on delivery, the order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before shipping. Entre Dunes may refuse or cancel an order if information is incomplete or incorrect, if the order is abnormal, or after a previous dispute.
5. Payment
Cash on delivery: in cash, to the courier, when the parcel is received.
Bank card (when available): secure payment through the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), with 3-D Secure authentication. Entre Dunes never has access to card numbers. The order is confirmed once the payment is accepted.
6. Delivery
Delivery throughout Morocco, in 2 to 5 working days on average depending on the city, from confirmation. Fee: 40 MAD, free from 1000 MAD [TO CONFIRM]. Details are on the Delivery page.
The customer must check the parcel on receipt and state precise reservations to the courier if it is damaged.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under law no. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, the customer has seven (7) days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving reasons or paying penalties, except for return costs [TO BE REVIEWED BY A LAWYER].
This right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized: La Traversée’s personalized card (name and date) and, more broadly, any box personalized at the customer’s request [TO REVIEW: exact scope of the exception, opened scented products].

8. Damaged parcel or error
If a product is damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, the customer contacts us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. Entre Dunes replaces or refunds the product at no cost to the customer.
9. Liability
Entre Dunes is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, or for delays caused by force majeure or a third party. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order, within the limits allowed by law.
10. Personal data
Data collected with the order is processed in accordance with law no. 09-08 and our Privacy policy.
11. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact Entre Dunes first to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law, the consumer keeping the benefit of the protective rules of jurisdiction under law no. 31-08.
